(NOPC) - Only have friends PC you
This power will prevent members and guests that you haven't added as a friend from starting a private chat with you (unless they're xat staff). Anyone can respond to private chats you've started with them.
Note: Moderators, owners or main owners can always pc you, even if you have NoPC turned on.
