En un esfuerzo por mantener a los usuarios de xat actualizados con la información relevante para el estado de su ticket, los estados son verdaderos para la mayoría de los usuarios, aunque algunos usuarios pueden experimentar respuestas más rápidas o más lentas según sus circunstancias individuales.
En la mayoría de los casos, un retrasado se considera si han pasado 5 o más días desde la última respuesta de nosotros.
